Cyndi brings over 25 years of expertise in luxury, residential, and commercial real estate throughout South and Southwest Florida. As a Certified Global Relocation Specialist and 1031 Exchange Advisor, she combines financial savvy with deep market insight. She also owns and operates the successful Coconut Point Executive Center, giving her firsthand experience as a commercial landlord and property operator. Cyndi currently serves as Spouse Forum Officer and Spouse Learning Officer for YPO Palm Beach Gold, bringing leadership and grace to both professional and personal circles.

Michael’s background includes an accomplished career as President and CEO of a global manufacturing company, where he built international partnerships and led 400 employees across multiple countries. With a J.D. from the University of Detroit and decades of experience negotiating high-level contracts, Michael transitioned into real estate to bring that same analytical, results-driven focus to his clients. He is a longtime YPO Palm Beach Gold member and values long-term relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and excellence.

The University of Michigan graduate with an A.B. in Mathematics and a J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law, began his career at Foamade Industries.  Under his leadership as COO, President, CEO and owner, he built the business into one of the most recognized and admired companies in the world producing products from flexible plastics for the automotive and other industries.

Michael’s innovative approach to developing the latest data and software information systems, while saving his company millions of dollars by initiating programs to reduce costs and waste, earned him industry-wide attention.  

Long-term relationships are important to Michael, and he is proud of those built with fellow team members, business associates, suppliers, and customers.  Michael’s knowledge and understanding of other cultures and world affairs have produced international business opportunities and great friendships.  Foamade eventually established four U.S. plants, with 400 employees and operations in Mexico, and partnerships in many Asian and European countries.

Michael was active in Young President’s Organization (YPO), Past Chair of the Michigan East Chapter, and is a member of YPO Palm Beach Gold.  Outside of business he has always been involved with numerous philanthropic and other community organizations and served on their boards.

During a consulting position at a Florida manufacturing plant in 2014, contacts with real estate developers led to his interest in real estate sales where he saw an opportunity to use his expertise and skills. 

Michael Egren is a sincere, resourceful, committed and dedicated real estate professional. His responsiveness, ability to effectively communicate and make clients feel comfortable is what qualifies him today as one of Signature’s outstanding sales agents.  Michael, along with his partner, Cyndi Rosellini, earned Top Producer awards at Signature and are active in both Palm Beach County and SWFL.

Cyndi Rosellini is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise in luxury, resort, residential, commercial, and investment properties throughout Southwest and South Florida, including Naples, Bonita Springs, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Cyndi leverages her design skills to enhance property staging, maximizing both appeal and market value.

As a Global Relocation Specialist, Advanced 1031 Exchange Certified advisor, and Certified Public Pension Trustee, she possesses a comprehensive skill set that caters to individual buyers and sellers, as well as seasoned investors seeking high-performing assets. Additionally, Cyndi is a co-founder of a real estate alternative investment firm, where she plays a crucial role in identifying and fostering innovative investment strategies. This venture showcases her commitment to expanding investment opportunities in the real estate sector and her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, Cyndi owns and operates the Coconut Point Executive Center, a fully furnished turnkey office suite business she established in 2008. Conveniently located in the bustling Coconut Point Mall district, this successful commercial property has established Cyndi as a prominent figure in the Southwest Florida business community. Her experience as a commercial landlord and property operator provides her with valuable insights into the needs of both property owners and tenants, enriching every real estate and property management partnership.

Cyndi delivers concierge-level service in property management, overseeing everything from tenant screening and leasing to maintenance coordination, occupancy strategies, and asset performance reporting. Her mission is to safeguard clients’ investments while enhancing tenant experiences and preserving long-term property value.

Particularly adept at working with investors, Cyndi excels at making investment numbers work—whether it involves identifying income-producing opportunities, structuring tax-efficient 1031 exchanges, or optimizing ROI on multi-unit or mixed-use properties. She combines strategic thinking with extensive market knowledge to ensure sound investment decisions.

Previously, Cyndi was the owner and managing broker of a boutique real estate firm in Southwest Florida for 12 years, specializing in portfolio growth and rental-producing strategies for commercial clients.

She collaborates closely with her trusted teammate, Michael Egren, and together they have received Top Producer and Star awards at Signature International Premier Properties. Their teamwork and commitment to excellence have made them one of the most respected real estate teams in both Palm Beach County and Southwest Florida.
